2 out of 5 starsThis was my replacement order because my initial order had a typo. When communicating this to the owner I noticed the level of customer support I was receiving had changed. The responses I received were timely but short. I apologized to the owner for any inconvenience my request may have caused and mentioned my disappointment in the quality of the order and support I was receiving. The owner responded that she is human and capable of error and that she wasn't responsible if the customer confirmed a proof with a typo. There was no apology just placing blame on thecustomer.

I'm sorry you feel this way. As I always do with all my orders, I send a proof before printing to avoid any mistakes and in this case you approved it. I was very accommodating when you mentioned you missed that typo when approving the order, and immediately mailed you a new order at no extra "rush fee" charge. I always treated you with professionalism and I'm very sorry about this situation that is out of my control.

1 out of 5 starsI received my invitations with a typo in the month. Instead of "November" it read, "Noviember". While the details I provided to the shop were correct in my order, the proof was not. Unfortunately I didn't catch this when the owner asked me to confirm the proof. It wasn't until I saw the invites that I went back to the proof and zoomed in and caught the typo. I was asked to re purchase the invites. While the rush fee itself was waived they were still being mailed through priority mail as my first order. I ordered these on Oct 18 to have them by the first week of Nov to mail out. My sons party is on the 23rd. I had to mail them a week late. Typically I order from Minted.com but thought I could order from Etsy and save a little money. These invites ended up costing twice as much for an error that wasn't mine.
